Jersey City Loft

Located in Jersey City's Hamilton Park neighborhood, this industrial loft renovation reimagines a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath residence for a growing family. The design preserves the original two-level loft character while introducing refined interventions: a blackened steel and sliding-glass nursery on the mezzanine, a marble waterfall island, custom cabinetry against hand-patinated copper panels, and an exposed original concrete mushroom column as sculptural centerpiece. White oak flooring and a clean material palette lend calm to the space.
